Ex-day care worker accused of hitting The Charleston County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a former day care worker and accused her of hitting a 3-year-old child late last year and then trying to cover it up. Jacquetta Farr Johnson, 49, is charged with unlawful conduct toward a child, Sheriff’s Maj. John Clark said.
